Game Addict – News Slider or WP OWL Carousel?

Hello,

I was trying to install the Game Addict template’s portfolio homepage, but I can’t quite figure out how the middle panel is installed. I believe it is the OWL carousel but I have also seen it called the News Slider.

In any case, what do I need to install in order to make this work? I believe it is the OWL carousel ver 2.0, in order to include text. Also, is there a way to automate the slider or do I need to create individual images for this slider?
