Registration not working

Hi,

I am just installing your theme (fundingpress) and when I tested out the frontend user registration its not working. It just spins and nothing happens. User does not move forward from spinning, no email sent, and the user is not visible in the backend either.

Also if I uncheck to having the privacy policy in the registration it still asks that I check it off even though its not visible. Please help. I think your theme if very nice and I would like my users to start using it soon.
