Registration Page

Hello there, I recently bought Blackfyre and while in the process of setting up the website, I found that the registration page does not work as per intended. When a user fills out their details and submits, the page refreshes back to the registration page. both backend and frontend shows that the account was not created. I have imported demo data and made sure that ‘anyone can register’ is ticked, all relevant plugins are also installed. I’m not sure what else I am missing, any help would be greatly appreciated.
