Stripe, PayPal, My Account payment

Hello,
I’m interested where is the money transferred to the user if I have the PayPal and Stripe payment gateway enabled. Because if I go under the My account > funding details the user only has the option of providing a PayPal email and no credentials for Stripe. Whilst on the other hand if I enable Wepay the user has to provide their Wepay credentials. Please clarify this for me.
