New Update 2.6.4

Hi everybody, new update is ready, i can download it.
Shell i install from wordpress file installer or different way?
in my function.php i got my team template ( i will save it and edit again the new file)
About translation. I got loco translate that saved file in word press, should i save it and upload them gain after? Last time i loose the transaltion..
With this update it will be a tournament plugin update too? Because i cannot download the tournament update, because i received per email and dont have access at download file.
What else should i check? Thanks a lot
