Hide header on team page

Is it possible to create custom template for team pages in order to reference my custom header.php file that hides the header.

I’m using the “Teams Block” widget to select a team then on that team page I’d like to hide the header and menu.

How can I do this ?

EG. : I select a team on this page https://www.elsa-online.co.za/home-mobile/
Then would like the header hidden.
