Header Padding

I would like to add padding to the header and have been unable. My logo is 80 px high (the same as the logo in the demo site).

I’ve adjusted the Header Top Padding and Header Bottom Padding settings, but they have no effect. The Header Height setting works, but it isn’t what I’m looking for.
