Clan page defaults to WP Bakery for creator?

I’m confused if this was a recent change or not. On my site when a user creates a clan they are actually directed to the WP Bakery page creator and they are able to change elements on the page. Didn’t this used to be defaulted to the clan template automatically? Is there a setting that I’m missing?

Because of this, clan creators cannot access the “settings” tab or else it directs them to the WP bakery page design. This also prevents the creator from changing the name from “Clan name”.
