Audio player – Play button not visible

I have a page on my site for playing audio (MP3) files. I’m using “<audio src=” by inserting MEDIA in a text block. The player(s) work perfectly (i.e., volume, progress bar, stop/start), but the play button isn’t visible.

How can I make the play button visible? Thank you.
