Problem with ladder tournament – double user entry

Hi there,
We create a ladder tournament here https://age4greeks.gr/tournament/a4g-league-season-11/ but the last two users who joined the tournament appear twice in user list
If you count the users the number is correct, the last two users don’t count twice on user list.
How can we correct this so the user list don’t have double entries?
