Contact Form PHP Location

I am trying to implement captcha for my contact form as per this article (HERE) with the non-pro BestWebSoft plugin. After browsing the files in plugins/ for a while I cannot find the php script that actually echoes the form to the user html. Once I find this, I can continue with my contact form recaptcha implementation. Thanks!
