User Management – TOP URGENT

Dear all,
we’re close to finalize a partnership with a great community with our project.
We have bought the tournament plugin (we are long time SWT consumers).

We were in BETA testing the tournament (Ladder) and trying to stress the script with uncommon actions.

In this case we have done:

User A challenges User B.
User B accepted the challenge
User A and User B didn’t play the game over 2 days.
On the day nr. 3 User A disappeared from the ranking table and he’s no more able to do nothing.
User B decided to place the result (0-1).
User A didn’t have received any notification on the website, but just on his email.
User A accepted the result, but no any modification applied on the ranking.

On attached pic you can see the red circle user that have to play the match, but he’s no more on the table

Furthermore, we as admin don’t have any possibility to add or remove manually a user from the table?
