After updating to Arcane theme all of my members pictures are missing

I’m updating over top of a clone of my live site for testing. We have over 2000 members and lots of groups. None of the members pictures are showing up and none of the groups are now teams. I need to know how to associate all of the existing member profile images with their profiles and how to make all my groups into Teams. We call them Alliances so need to address that too if you know how we can change that other than just where it’s a text label.
