Purchased Them Creatica not loading on WordPress

I purchased the theme creatica and I seem to having the similar issues that have been previously posted here. I havent seen any replies regarding the issues here being resolved so reaching out.The page is blank and wont load I am not able to import the multiple themes that are an option for what I paid for. Ive attached some screenshots that hopefully help the situation to see if it will assist in fixing my issue.
