1. when using a ladder match tournament, once the tournament has started, users are able to keep entering over and over again thus making it possible to show up many times on the ladder.
2. Anyone with an administrator role can not see any bracket information.
3. When filling in the teams discussion section, up submit I get an error 405 code.

Yes I have tried disabling all addons, it is a new install as well.
