Bug when reporting a result / scoring maps

I have created a tournament:

Format: League (but also concerns Knockout and others)
Game Format: Best of 1
Maps: 3
So two or maximum three maps are played.
Result on Map1: 16:9
Result on Map2: 10:16
Result on Map3: 16:14

When submitting the result, I entered the following results for the respective maps:
Map1: 1:0
Map2: 0:1
Map3: 1:0

Bug: It is created by the theme for Map1 thereby another round (see screenshot), which can remove after the last update under Matches manually again, but should be an error.

My wish or suggestion:
Normally, at least for Counter Strike, the respective round results on the maps would be entered as the result (16:9; 10:10; 16:14) and a 2:1 would be evaluated as the result for the entire match. If I would submit the results like this, the overall result would be a 42:39 (screenshot). This is of course wrong. Is it not possible to program it in the future so that the total result is displayed correctly?
