Unable to Import Demo Content

Hi,

I am unable to import the demo content. I’ve allowed it plenty of time to import, but it just sits at 0%. So far:
-I have my browser extensions (adblockers) turned off.
-I have verified my Siteground hosting has at least 8 MB of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size (set to 256mb by default and unchangeable).
-However, the change to 300s of max_execution_time – Siteground has it set to 120 and is unchangeable. Unsure if this is the main reason why it is hanging up.

Do you have a zip file to import the demo data? or does it have to be done through the importer?
