Team Images are not updated when a new image is uploaded.

I’m facing an issue updating images at the team images section in team wars post type.
When I create a new team uploading a new team photo and team background it works but when I try updating the team photo and team background it doesn’t update. It just reloads the dashboard with the old image. I also can’t change the demo images that came with the theme.

Please, how can this be fixed?
