Paypal Adaptive Payment

In a chained sequence, I’d like the money to first go to the email address who created the project, and then have my commission come from the project manager.  Its a sequence of first, the project manager, then me, the administrator.  I think I can do that through a chained sequence, but how do I set this up? 

If I can’t do this, and the funds first come to the administrator, can I pass the cost of my commission onto the donor?  For example, if they want to donate $100, and my commission is 8%, they’d get charged $108?
