Problem installing version 2.0

    I had installed ver 1.0 and everything was fine. 


    Trying to upgrade to version 2.0 doesnt seem to work
    I tried all options including ftp and in the end removed 
    and reinstalled wordpress 3.5.1 and trying with the theme
    themeforest-4371069-fundingpress-the-crowdfunding-wordpress-theme-wordpress_theme (size 7.49 mb) and still hangs
