Instalation setup issue

Let me start out with this is my first attempt using WP but with that said I’ve used Joomla for years so I somewhat understand the architecture/how it works some.

I purchased this team and followed the install instructions and the end result does not look like the demo.  see http://www.syops.net/syops  I’ve removed the WP install 2 times and installed the theme as such but still no luck so I’m sure it’s a silly setting or I just missed something.
