Menu drop down not working

Hi, I need some help with the drop down menu. In the top menu i have a button for “Forums” and when you hover your mouse over it, it is supposed to give a drop down with the multiple forums i want to link to. but it is not working.

i have your oblivion v1.0 for testing and it works with that version, but ur latest version 3.5 it does not work
