Dont get help on my Page Builder News Block issue

Hi,

i have got a problem with the page builder. If i navigate to the page builder and edit a template, than select a “News block” and put it on the template, open the drop down of the News block and than check one of the boxes where i can select my categories, nothing happens. This issue is for every News block (News block, News block – Horizontal, News block Tabbed, News block – Blog Style). I tried it so often, just select a box and than pressed the “Save Template” button but it doesn’t work. It doesnt even work on the demo (standard) page.

I dont get help from the support here, cause “Nodari” says he can’t connect to the given URL. I gave the URL to 7 Users and everyone could connect without any problems. If i dont get any help here, I want my money back. You guys cant say i didnt gave you enough information. It’s a shame you guys dont know how to login on your own template.

This is not the only problem, I got tons of issues regarding this template, but this is the importent one.
