Issue with Menu add and adding images

Hello,

I just installed this theme and am having a number of problems. The one-click install never worked for me so I had to do the FTP install which I’m not sure if is the root of these issues.

1) Whenever I try and select an image to insert into say the isotope gallery, the window that is supposed to list all of the images I have uploaded just sits there with the spinning wheel and never loads the images.

2) When I’m on the Appearance->Menu page and you try and add a page to a menu, selecting a checkbox and clicking “Add to menu” results in a spinning wheel next to the button and never anything else. So I can’t add anything to the menu (goes for adding a new link as well).

I’m almost at the point where I would like to request a refund on this theme as its been nothing but frustration since downloading it – I’m using WP 3.9.1
