Categories and Widgets

When I am in Admin I can see all the changes that I have made, but once I sign out I don’t see anything. I gave it a week and I still see no changes to some post that I put in proper categories and the widgets I added are not showing up on the side bars. As I stated when I am not logged in I can’t see them, only when I am logged in are they in their proper place. if you need screen shots I will provide them.
