Carousel – Images Being Cutoff

Have started to notice when adding images to the slider, they are getting cut-off. This is happening in Firefox and Chrome.

Now the strange thing is, if I sit there and force a page refresh multiple times, eventually it shows the full size pictures, but it will go back to the cut-off. This is happening on several different machines, for different users.
