Sidebar

I do not know if this is a theme problem or buddy press or bbpress problem but when i activate buddy press the sidebar for it appears on my forum and i cannot get rid of it does any one know how to?

i have the forum page setup as full width , because i want to use the buddy press features i have added things to the sidebar so it didn’t look like a blank space was there.
