Front End Profile Editor

Hello! Thanks for making an amazing theme for WordPress. However, I am wondering how to make one change. Right now, when a user goes to “Edit Profile” it brings them to the backend wp-admin profile editor. However, I’d like to move the entire “edit profile” page to the front end.

For example, this website (skywarriorthemes.com) has the edit profile on the front end. When you click on “Edit Profile” on this website, you get sent to “http://support.skywarriorthemes.com/forums/users/USERNAMEHERE/edit/” (subbing out ‘USERNAMEHERE’ with your username”. How can I replicate this?

I am running a community/member based website and want to keep all non-administrators out of the wp-admin backend.
