Portfolio in Page Builder not working

I get this error when trying to add a portfolio block to the template.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ../wp-content/themes/oblivion/pagebuilder/functions/pb_functions.php on line 91

I’ve tried disabling all plug ins, but that doesn’t help. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.
