User Registration issue

Hello,

this might be a very easy thing to do, but for some reason I seem to be missing something.
I would like to ask you how to enable the “User Registration” link or button. Since at the moment I only have a login box, even if I am not logged in to my site.
I have enabled the “Anyone can register” option in Settings.
I believe that when the user isn’t logged in he should have the login box, but also a link to registration.
