Few questions about comments, and commerce

Hi, I went into Settings > Discussions and I checked
– Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks)
– Allow people to post comments on new articles

I saved changed went to my site, and it still doesn’t give an option to leave a comment on blog topics.. Not sure what to do there.

Also for the commerce store, how to I change the money icon from euros/pounds to USD $.
Second part, how do I set up where the payment goes to?
