One Click Install for Demo Missing

Hi, the one click install does not even show up after I installed the theme. I looked at the the threads but certain parts of the messages were private and I could not find a resolution. On Envato people stated they had the same problem but they were redirected here.

If someone knows what to do to fix this that would be appreciated. I need this done ASAP. I need the demo so I can customize everything with our content.
