FundingPress not getting installed with wordpress 4.0/4.1

just purchased & downloaded your theme.

While installing the theme, i am getting error – Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again
When i tried to install it manually in wp-content/themes, it is giving me several errors -:
(tried with both wordpress 4.0 & 4.1).
