How to change color

I closed the first post as not resolved since I do not think i’ll get an answer since my post was I guess complicated .

I installed the theme, but I do not want to install the demo it complicates me on adjusting it.

I want to change the color of the whole theme to blue one same as the one in theme forst demo, what are the codes to input in theme settings mind sharing them with me support team or any member please.

Also I want to put the date next to the title
