Twitch Status Plugin – Anyone Knows ?

    I need a plugin to show Twitch Channels status on my website. There is 6 channels that I want to show. Channel’s statu+profile photo + channel name. Like;

    SkyWarriorTwitch: Playing Sky Warrior Game
    Statu : Online
    Watch : Click Here

    Channel 2 : Playing SW Game
    Statu : Offline
    Watch : Click Here
