Clans vs Teams Idea

Seems to be lots of controversy here and I think we should be given an option to change in the menu to which we want the term to be for the entire site.. If I choose teams it will replace all the words on the site to team.. if i choose clan it will be labeled as clans..

using both words around the site as it is right now its just complicated and looks terrible.. sounds terrible and is the only big issue I have with this theme right now.
