Missing Plugins / Style / Images

Hi,

I’m not sure if this is steaming from one problem or multiple.

1. Installing the demo did not install the plugins. I still only have the ones that came with the fresh install of wordpress.

2. When viewing the site externally (not from the servers network) there is no style and I can’t access wp-admin (tries to redirect me and lands at a white page).

3. I’ve noticed I also cannot upload to wp-content.

I’d really appreciate any help.
