CAPTCHA not working for User Registration

Hello there,

The captcha is not working for my website: http://www.ascendant-gaming.com
When I go to the Pages tab on the WordPress and click the Registration page, there is nothing on the editor, so we cannot even change the captcha.

The captcha just comes with a broken picture.
