Qualitative differences between HTML and WP version

Hello,

I bought the HTML-Version of this theme because i needed it for my own site that doesn’t run WP.
But now it seems like the HTML version was done pretty “loveless”?

There are many points where the HTML version is off by some pixels, doesn’t have the same effects or the range of controls.

Some examples in the attachments(left HTML, right WP):
2.png: Pixels off in index and many others
3.png: Missing glow on button and pattern in header
4.png: Black bar left
5.png: Blue bar too long

And there are many more examples like this like my other post with one of the controls that are missing.
Also the margins are mostly different in both themes. You can really see the same page moving alot if you switch between the tabs.

I checked out the WP version and bought the theme so I would like to see the same level of great quality for both themes.
