Git HTML Version of BlackFyre, but the register part wont work, any ideas

I Got the HTML version of BlackFyre, and the Register and Login part wont work, I fill out the Register part of the form and it then goes back to a black form after i hit submit. And i see under that same area, in a light greyed out is a pic of a lock. any ideas?
