theme causing simple press features to load behind the template

Good day…
i’m using this theme and im using simple press forum….

simple press has a few features when editing your forum post like changing font color and adding images and the pop ups for them are loading behind the theme…
i switch the theme to a basic theme and it works fine…

any ideas? image here is an idea of what im talking about. I clicked to add an image and scrolled all the way up until it scrolled above the background of the theme into the menu
