How to add accordeion/ tabs within page content

How to add accordion/ tabs within page content, I have tried to add by dragging in to the main page content but its either added top of the page
or at the bottom of the page. NOT WITHIN THE CONTENT. Also how to change the color of the TABS/ACCORDION? By default tab/accordion background is white.
