Need help with theme

I’ve been using Oblivion for months now and overall it’s great. I am, however, having trouble with a few things.

First, how do I switch to Magazine style? On the theme demo page, there are 3 options and I’ve been using the Portfolio style. The reason I want to change this is my 2nd issue.

Page layout rows are incredibly finicky and will not snap together when placed in certain ways. Example, I create a widget sidebar in Page Builder then some content to the left. This makes a complete row. When I add content below the other content to the left, it doesn’t start until below where the widget sections ends, leaving a huge blank space in the page. On your demo page, you have some rows with multiple columns in them, making everything snap together nicely without any blank space. I have tried everything and cannot figure it out. What am I doing wrong?

Lastly, I am using a forum integration addon that fuses phpBB with wordpress. After hours of messing around, I’m stuck with a half baked page with broken menus and objects. I’ve tested this addon with the stock themes and it works great. After contacting the developer of that addon and he checked my files, he verified the addon is working properly and suggested a theme conflict. I’ve attached photos of this page.
