Posts slider background

There is a widget called “Posts Slider” which is quite nice and has some usefull features.
The problem is that the brackground is white and it goes quite bad with the theme’s color.
(In the print screen below the first widget is normal blog post while the 2nd is the posts slider).

I know there is a CSS line that can set the background like the theme color. Any help? 😀
