Limit Clan Page Creation

I was wondering if there was still plans to update the clan creation process to limit to just using the pre-defined template? Here is a post from May 2015 that mentions this: http://support.skywarriorthemes.com/forums/topic/disable-visual-composer-on-clan-creation/

We are having problems we with people messing up their clan page, so we want to limit them to just the pre-defined Clan Template.
