Clanwars issue # can't add user

Hello,

I have a small problème with clanwars,

actualy i can’t add a user to change, edit matches and games,

all it shows for the new user is the SETTING / IMPORT button

knowing that the only user who can add, edit matches and games is the main Admin

and i want to put someone else
