Clan Page Is Missing 'Request To Join' sidebar

Hello. As the title states, my clan pages are missing the ‘request to join’ option and a sidebar altogether for that matter. How can I get a sidebar for my clan pages?

But I don’t know how to add the ‘clan info block’ to my page through visual composer. I don’t see it there at all.
