Problem with installing and theme options

Hello , i am sinds a few days official owner of the theme: Blackfyre.
After buying this i needed to wait a few days to start up a VPS server first.
Now this al is done i wanted to set wordpress on it and that worked fine. When i wanted to put the blackfyre them on it it first started with this error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Now i have download the worpress online and put it thrue the FTP server in the right map. I thought that that would help only now i can’t go into the Theme Options. I think something doesn’t really work well. Is there please anyone who can help me fast because i have a deadline. Or maybe a older version which works fine and i can update it when 1.4 works good?
