Leader of Team/Clan

Hi again..
When you create a team/clan, who will be assigned to that team/clan as Admin/Leader?
Is it the Admin of wordpress or do we need to create a dummy admin account to be able to accept or reject a new player request, if we create a dummy account then we need to set Gamer as role right? Matter in fact i already try that, and still not function to accept or reject players to team, i don´t even see where request shows or to who.

I know i can add who can take care of it later in the ClanWars / Setting and assign people who can administrate it.
