Just bought the theme, how do I set up register?

So basically I want to use this theme as a base for a guild website. I want to be able to have the “register” button to take the user to an application form where it asks them info such as game characters, specialization and a bit about themselves and such and then email it to admins for approval to join the site.

I tried to make a “register” page as the register button takes you to [sitename]/register but it still 404’s.
